The Zuellig Group Sells China Pharmaceutical Wholesaling Business to Cardinal Health (Hong Kong, November 29, 2010) --- Zuellig Pharma Holdings Ltd., a member of The Zuellig Group of companies, has sold all of its interest in Zuellig Pharma China, its pharmaceutical wholesaling business in China, to the U.S. healthcare services company, Cardinal Health. Established 17 years ago and developed in partnership with Mr. James Woo and Y.C. Woo & Co. Ltd., Zuellig Pharma China has grown to be the largest foreign-owned pharmaceutical wholesaling business in China. "We are proud of the success of our pharmaceutical wholesaling business in China, but also very conscious of the extent of resources required to participate successfully in a market with significant growth in volumes and consolidation among industry participants.
