Zuellig Pharma Bangladesh Limited was incorporated in June 2006 as Zuellig Pharma continued its expansion into South Asia. Establishing its Corporate Office in the Tejgaon area of Dhaka, Zuellig Pharma worked hard to establish its client base in Bangladesh and was rewarded in February 2007 with an agreement with GlaxoSmithKline Bangladesh (GSK) for the exclusive distribution of its portfolio of products through 12 branches nationally. In 2010 an exclusive distribution agreement was signed with Novartis Bangladesh for nationwide distribution of its Sandoz, Pharma and Animal Health brands.
