Logistics comprising three departments, operations, collections and distribution, lie at the heart of the companyˇ¦s services. Zuellig Pharma Thailandˇ¦s state-of-the-art, GMP-certified Distribution Center has a storage capacity of up to 17,000 pallets and occupies over 16 acres, making it one of the largest in Asia. It is situated in Samutprakarn near Bangkok International Airport. From this strategic location, Zuellig Pharma supplies customers using a fleet of air-conditioned delivery vans in Bangkok and several reliable contract forwarding companies throughout Thailand. We continuously seek to upgrade our facilities and operations through multi-million baht investments and are a leader in cold chain products handling.

Zuellig Pharma Thailand has also developed an aggressive drugstore sales and marketing operation. The company's OTC Sales and Marketing Division plans, implements and controls promotional strategies, either in conjunction with principals or, if so desired, with minimal principal involvement.
Our advanced information technology capabilities provide value-added support for principals. Over 70,000 orders are processed monthly in the company's Structure Data System (SDS), which runs on a RISC processor-based IBM AS/400 mainframe. All business processes have continuous, 24-hours-a-day online access to the SDS. This system is one of the largest of its type in Thailand and operates at almost 100% up-time. For the companyˇ¦s principals, Zuellig Pharma Thailand has developed a variety of award-winning handheld PC-based sales and marketing management information systems designed to report on both customer and sales representative activity.
